The Best Connection are recruiting a Class 1 Tramper Driver for a reputable transport company based in Holywell , specialising in the delivery of insulation materials to sites across the UK. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity offering strong PAYE rates, paid nights out, and consistent tramping work.

Pay, Allowances & Holiday Pay

• £17.00 per hour PAYE
• £26.20 tax‑free night‑out allowance (per night)

Holiday Pay (PAYE - Accrued Separately)

• Holiday pay is built up in its own pot
• Take paid time off when it suits you
• No rolled‑up holiday pay
• Your hourly rate stays clear and competitive

Shift Pattern

• Monday- Friday - Tramping role
• Early starts: Typically 05:00- 06:00
• No weekend work required
