Salary: GBP17 - GBP21 per hour

About the Role:

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 Steel Drivers to join a well-established operation. This role involves delivering steel products using flatbed or extendable trailers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe and efficient delivery of steel products
• Securing loads using straps, chains, and other equipment
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Ensuring all deliveries are carried out in line with health & safety regulations
• Maintaining a professional and reliable approach at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Minimum 1 year’s HGV driving experience
• Flatbed or extendable trailer experience preferred (training can be provided)
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
