Claims Technician - Legacy claims

Pro Insurance currently has a new opportunity for a Claims Technician to join our Legacy Claims Team, processing claims in supporting an existing client.

Pro operates a hybrid working model and the majority of this role will be working from home with travel to a local ELPL hub in Glasgow, Liverpool or Horsham on a weekly basis and other locations when required.

Purpose of Role & Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Claims Manager,the Claims Technician will handle a caseload Employers Liability (“EL”)/Public Liability (“PL”) disease claims, to include, but not limited to, the following
  • NIHL
  • HAVS
  • Pleural Plaques
• Managing all diaries and post within the agreed SLAs
• Liaising with solicitors and brokers
• Developing effective business relationships internally and externally
