Job Overview
We are recruiting a Claims Technician to work under the Claims Manager at HUB International. The role requires managing a portfolio of property, liability and specialty lines claims end‑to‑end, applying investigative skills, coverage knowledge, and commitment to service to resolve claims efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an active portfolio of claims files from first notice of loss through to resolution.
- Engage third‑party adjusters and conduct thorough coverage analysis and damage assessments within delegated authority limits.
- Establish and adjust reserves with sound documentation; negotiate settlements within authority limits.
- Manage loss funds, request payments, reconcile general ledgers in accordance with financial controls.
