Experience Required 5 to 8 years of end-to-end claims handling experience. At least 2 year of team management or leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of claims handlers/adjusters. Manage work allocation, team productivity, and SLA performance. Review complex claims and provide guidance on coverage and liability decisions. Monitor quality, customer service, and operational performance.
