Salary and Bonus

Salary Range: 118,700 - 145,100 (based on a 35‑hour workweek). Salary will be determined considering experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution, internal equity, etc. Candidates outside this range are encouraged to apply.

Annual Bonus Target: 15% of base salary, with potential payout up to double the target based on personal and company performance.
