Key Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate warranty and technical claims submitted by dealerships.
- Review supporting documentation, repair procedures, and technical reports.
- Ensure claims comply with manufacturer policies, procedures, and standards.
- Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and potential claim risks.
- Liaise with dealerships, technicians, and internal stakeholders to resolve claim-related queries.
- Provide technical guidance regarding claim requirements and repair standards.
- Maintain accurate claim records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and recommendations relating to claims assessments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the claims management process.
- Grade 12 / Matric.
