Claims Analyst
Claims Analyst (Contract Engineer-I):
1.1 Purpose:
To manage and analyze contractor claims, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and supporting the company's position in claims defense and dispute avoidance.
1.2 Key Responsibilities:
+ Review and analyze contractor's claims related to schedule variances, costs, financial impacts, and any deviations in scope.
+ Prepare detailed impact assessments using appropriate methodologies and tools, including but not limited to Primavera P6, Costpoint, and other relevant software.
+ Interface with project teams to gather factual data supporting claims analysis.
+ Draft company responses to contractor claims with technical, legal, and contractual justification.
+ Maintain a claims log with exposure, status, and mitigation strategies.
