What you’ll be doing
As a Civils Operative, you’ll play a key role in supporting fibre installations by carrying out safe, high‑quality civils work across our network areas.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Excavation, ducting, reinstatement and blockage clearance works
- Carrying out site surveys and assessing job readiness
- Supporting installation teams and resolving on‑site issues
