The Civil Works Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site civil construction activities, ensuring that work is executed safely, on schedule, and according to technical specifications. This role acts as the primary bridge between management and the workforce, requiring strong leadership to maintain productivity and prevent unauthorized work disruptions.

• Oversee daily civil works including excavation, structural steel, concreting, masonry, and finishing.
• Ensure all work aligns with approved blueprints, structural plans, and quality standards.
