Civil Tender Estimator – Bids, Pricing & Risk

Higgins is seeking an experienced Estimator based in Masterton to support bidding and tender preparation for the Masterton area. Reporting to Commercial Manager, you will join a team that manages the full tender process, including risk, assessment and valuation, preparation and delivery of tenders and quotes, and pricing of variations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years estimating in civil construction, exposure to roading tenders, and proficiency with CCS Candy, Benchmark and Microsoft Projects.
