Civil Superintendent
The Superintendent leads, directs, and coordinates the work of subcontractors and the craft workforce on an assigned project. This leadership position is responsible for day‑to‑day management of the construction site, ensuring field operations are executed safely and consistently with company objectives. This role is based out of Sudbury, Ontario, and offers a fly‑in, fly‑out option for eligible candidates. Responsibilities
Provide safety leadership by implementing the Bird Safety Program and monitoring safety performance of the crew, field staff, and subcontractors. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the entire site team to promote positive morale. Supervise and develop site team members through regular feedback, training, coaching, and timely performance evaluations. Contribute to the development and refinement of the project schedule.
