Job Description
PACIV , a global leader in industrial automation solutions servicing the Life Sciences sector, is seeking an Civil & Site Development Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of early construction activities for pharmaceutical capital projects. This role is responsible for managing site preparation, civil works, demolition, temporary facilities, and infrastructure projects while ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality project delivery.
Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
+ Manage enabling works projects, including scope, budget, schedule, contracts, and project risks.
+ Lead contractors through mobilization, execution, and project closeout.
+ Oversee site preparation, demolition, temporary facilities, and early civil and infrastructure work.
+ Promote a strong safety culture, particularly during high-risk construction activities such as excavation, heavy lifting, and temporary utility installations.
