Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction strategies for new hotel projects, renovations, and expansions, ensuring all projects align with brand standards, operational requirements, and financial targets.
• Update and monitor project KPIs for schedule, budget, quality, and safety, and oversee project lifecycle from feasibility and design development through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Review and approve construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans in liaison with the Central Services Department.
• Work closely with structural team, construction team, MEP, Civil, Architectural, Interior planning and procurement central services teams, as well as with Sustainability team, and collaborate with Operations teams to ensure minimal disruption during renovations or ope...
