Civil Project Manager (Kelowna)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Civil Project Manager with a background in civil construction and/or engineering who is ready to take the lead on a project with a company that has a long-standing history in BC roadbuilding.

This role is based out of Kelowna, with the possibility of travel to out-of-town projects on a rotational schedule. It is ideal for someone who thrives on solving challenges and enjoys working with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
  • Anticipate project needs with sufficient lead-time to avoid delays.
  • Ensure project deliverables and plans are prepared and issued to the client in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and drive the construction schedule in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
  • Monitor construction progress and update the Operations Manager to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget.
