Civil Engineer (PE)


An established multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm is seeking a Civil Engineer (PE) to join its growing team in Northwest Arkansas.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate commercial and residential development projects

  • Prepare engineering calculations, plans, and technical documents

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies

  • Conduct site visits and support construction-phase activities

  • Mentor junior staff and coordinate CAD/BIM resources

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required

  • 4+ years of progressive civil engineering experience

  • Strong project management and client communication skills
