Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Gather all necessary reports and detailed support both periodically and on-demand, including progress sheets and tender specifications as required
Handle on field issues, verifying payment documentation to vendors, referencing outstanding bills, and conducting disbursement
Review, reconcile ,and identify and thoroughly investigating any discrepancies and taking the proper corrective actions to resolve them
Manage administrative staff within department
