Engineer - Residential Developer (Client Side) - Civil/Infrastructure - Planning and Preconstruction

Location: Norwich

Salary: Up to £75,000 + benefits

Working pattern: Hybrid

This is an opportunity to join a major residential developer in a client-side Engineering role, where your focus is on technical oversight, coordination and design management – not fee chasing or timesheets.

You’ll join a supportive Technical team of 4‑5 engineers, working across a strong, long‑term development pipeline with genuine scope to grow and move internally.

This role has strong involvement at pre‑planning and planning stage, working closely with land, planning and technical teams to shape schemes from the outset. Experience or working knowledge of engineering input at pre‑planning and planning stage is therefore important.
