Engineer - Residential Developer (Client Side) - Civil/ Infrastructure - Planning and Preconstruction Location: Norwich Salary: Up to £75,000 + benefits Working pattern: Hybrid Thinking about moving client-side - or stepping up with a larger developer? This is an opportunity to join a major residential developer in a client-side Engineering role, where your focus is on technical oversight, coordination and design management - not fee chasing or timesheets. You'll join a supportive Technical team of 4-5 engineers, working across a strong, long-term development pipeline with genuine scope to grow and move internally. This role has strong involvement at pre-planning and planning stage, working closely with land, planning and technical teams to shape schemes from the outset.
