About the Role
As a Civil Engineer you'll play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of complex multi‑disciplinary projects. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support junior engineers, and contribute to the development of sustainable and resilient water systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of multi‑disciplinary projects, including preparation of site grading, land grading, road layout, and design reports. The design development also covers fencing layouts, early works packages, and demolition plans for contractors.
- Conduct feasibility studies, data analysis, and technical assessments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes and solutions.
