About the Role
Are you a Civil Supervisor/Crew Leader who has experience in general civil projects. This Tier 2 company offers long term growth and career progression. Based in Western Sydney you will be motivated, enthusiastic and well organised who is keen to take the next step in their career. This position works closely with all departments. As a Crew Leader you will have the ability to effectively plan, prioritise tasks and work with limited supervision. 

As the Supervisor/Crew Leader  you will:

The ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and SOW

A sound understanding of plant utilisation.

Experience with running jobs to meet a program

Knowledge around QSE requirements and the ability to implement.

Good knowledge around all areas within the industrial subdivision and warehouse space ranging from stormwater, retaining walls, bulk excavation ...
