Job Description (JD)

1. Take full ownership of omnichannel sales, distributor operation and offline store overall management within assigned city territory.
2. Maintain solid relationships with local distributors, expand sales channels, deliver regional sales targets, build local sales teams and oversee daily personnel management.
3. Optimize regional channel operation strategies via business data analysis, and fully achieve city-level performance KPIs.

Job Specification (JS)

1. Industry Background: Candidates with 3C digital channel management experience are highly preferred. Applicants with home appliance or PC industry backgrounds will also be considered. FMCG retail channel experience is acceptable.
2. Proven end-to-end operation experience covering traditional offline channels and distributor account management.
