CITRUS AGRONOMIST

MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience on a citrus farm
• Highly motivated, energetic, and eager to learn
• Strong ability to supervise local farm teams
• Hardworking, hands‑on approach
• Experience with organic citrus production (a “nice to have”)
• Fluent in English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Manage and optimize all citrus production activities on our pomelo training farms:

• Monitor crop health and execute timely interventions
• Implement and track fertilisation, irrigation, and spraying programs
• Conduct pruning and other key tree care operations
• Plan and coordinate harvest activities
• Ensure high standards of farm hygiene, safety, and sustainability
