Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix solutions (XenApp, XenDesktop, etc.).
- Manage and troubleshoot Citrix environment issues.
- Configure and optimize Citrix policies and settings.
- Maintenance & Security: Implement routine OS patching, manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and maintain user profile management (e.g., FSLogix).
- Support users and resolve Citrix-related issues.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration with other IT systems in a fast-paced rotational 8-hour shift environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, with 5 to 10 years’ experience managing an organization's entire IT infrastructure from servers, user accounts (Active Directory), email systems, backups, to general network health and etc.
