JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing accurate and timely credit appraisal and investigation services so that the proper credit risk analysis decisions can be made.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinates with requesting party and client regarding appraisal of properties.
• Inspects and appraises value of properties offered as security by borrowers. Prepares appraisal report.
• Consults realtors/ brokers/ appraisers on current market prices of the properties for appraisal.
• Conducts the following verification on properties: a. Location verification at Land Regulation Authority, Bureau of Lands, and Tax Mapping Section; and b. Technical description verification with the Bureau of Lands, Department of Public Works and Highway and Assessor’s Office, etc.
