Job Description

1. 负责日常菜品的制作与出品,严格把控食材选用、加工流程及装盘质量,确保符合食品安全标准与餐厅出品规范;
2. 参与菜单研发与季节性菜品更新,配合主厨优化烹饪工艺,提升菜品口味稳定性与顾客满意度;
3. 严格执行厨房卫生管理制度,落实操作区域、设备及工具的清洁消毒,保障后厨环境整洁、安全、合规。

1. 持有有效健康证明,具备中等职业教育(中专、技校或职高)学历,烹饪、餐饮服务、食品加工等相关专业优先;
2. 具备至少1年及以上正规餐饮单位后厨实操经验,熟悉中式热菜制作流程,掌握基本刀工、火候控制及调味技巧;
3. 熟悉常见食材特性与储存要求,了解《食品安全法》相关基本规范,能独立完成常规岗位工作并服从团队协作安排。
