Christmas Operations Coordinator: Elf & Excursion Ops

Lapland Staff is looking for Christmas Operations Coordinators for the Christmas season 2026 in Ylläs and Levi. The duties of the Christmas Operations Coordinator focus on handling and organizing the daily operations for Christmas charter flight travellers. Depending on your specific role within the team, these tasks may include transportation scheduling, cooperation with tour operator personnel, supervising the active Elf Guide team, and management of bookings for our own Safaris and with external suppliers. We require fluent English language skills, as you will need to communicate with the whole Lapland Safaris team, tour operator personnel and international guests. Although not mandatory, knowledge of the Finnish language would be a big advantage, especially because contacting external suppliers is a common task.
