The Regional Department of Family Practice seeks a Local Department Head at CGH. Responsibilities will include engaging with the Site Operations Committee and acting as the communication link between members and the Regional Department. You'll collaborate to recommend appointments and ensure program requirements are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in strategic discussions at Site Operations Committee
• Communicate departmental policies and updates to members
• Assist in selecting and appointing staff members
• Promote health and wellness initiatives within the department
• Oversee mortality reviews and find resolutions to complaints
