Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base. We’re looking to recruit a brand‑new team of Support Workers to care for our brand‑new young client in Llanrug. Our client is a 17 year old teenage girl who lives at home with her family. She has complex health needs including wheelchair user, non‑verbal, PEG fed and epilepsy. You will be supporting her on a 1:1 basis. We will provide full specialist training.
