💰 Up to £50,000 per annum upon successful Ofsted registration
🎁 Plus £3,000 annual performance bonus (subject to criteria)
🕒 Full Time | Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 17:00
Connective Careers Pathways is recruiting on behalf of a children's residential care provider for an experienced and qualified Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed therapeutic Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in Derby.This is an exciting opportunity for an established Registered Manager with a proven track record in children's residential care. Due to the structure of the existing management team, this position is not suitable for candidates seeking progression into their first Registered Manager role.
