Residential Support Worker – Children's EBD Home
Pay: £13.50 per hour
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Children's Home. You'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people, helping them to achieve positive outcomes in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people.
* Promote their physical, emotional, social, and educational development.
* Safeguard and protect the welfare of all children, following safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Build positive relationships and act as a role model, encouraging independence
