This role plays an important part in delivering community-based support, information, advocacy and programs that strengthen families and enhance community wellbeing. 

As a Child, Family and Community Worker – Community Strengthening, you’ll focus on building meaningful relationships, supporting people through early intervention, and empowering communities to thrive. A strengths-based, trauma-informed and person-centered approach underpins all aspects of this role and drives positive outcomes for individuals, families and communities.
