The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Child and Youth Programs. Works under direct supervision of the Child Development Director or School-Age Coordinator/Youth Director. Assists with supervision of the facility in the absence of facility manager/director. Responsibilities Provides information about the organization, functions, activities, and personnel. Administers programs and serves as the primary source of information. The incumbent is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and deposition of required administrative reports and other correspondence. Maintains files and records and utilizes a wide variety of software to produce final products.
