About The Role
MAGIC AI is hiring a hands‑on operations leader to build the operating system behind the business as we scale across the UK and US. The role is not just about “keeping things running.” It is about installing the planning, process, and cross‑functional discipline that lets the company grow without operations becoming the bottleneck.
You will own the core operational engine across supply chain, inventory, logistics, and operational finance, while also providing lightweight oversight across people, legal, and company‑wide execution. Your job is to create clarity, control, and cadence – so the CEO can see what is on track, what is at risk, and where intervention is needed.
Mandate
Take full accountability for CM1 and CM2, and partner with the CMO and CFO to secure CM3 targets. This mandate runs across four pillars.
