- Manage deck crew efficiently for operations and safety protocols.
- Ensure safe cargo operations and proper cargo stowage.
- Maintain safety equipment and emergency preparedness.
- Assist the captain with navigational duties and daily operations.
- Valid Chief Officer license and STCW certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role on bulk carriers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of international maritime regulations.
