Chief of Community Impact & Development

The Citizens Foundation is seeking a senior leader to head its Community Engagement & Development portfolio in Pakistan. The role guides programme strategy, budgeting, and cross‑functional delivery to create sustainable community benefits beyond the classroom.

You will work closely with internal teams, regional offices, donors, government stakeholders and community representatives to design and implement scalable, high‑impact initiatives aligned with TCF's mission.
