Company Description Oleares (formerly DSRA) is a growing Spanish real estate development and investment company focused on high-quality residential projects — build-to-sell, build-to-rent, affordable housing, and student housing — along the Mediterranean coast (Sitges, Barcelona, Valencia Region). As the company grows, Oleares will expand its operations across Spain with projects expected in additional regions. Role Overview The CFO will lead the development of the company's full financial infrastructure — including financial strategy, governance, reporting systems, project-level financial visibility, and institutional-grade controls — to support Oleares' growth across multiple developments and geographies in Spain. Work closely with the CEO on developing the company's business, portfolio, and pipeline in a private-equity operating mode.
