Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Corporate Management Develop the Companys medium- and long-term development strategies in alignment with the Groups overall direction. Prepare annual business plans, investment plans, and workforce development plans. Organize and oversee the implementation of revenue, profit, and operational efficiency targets. Establish the corporate governance framework, delegation mechanisms, operating procedures, and KPI system. Propose solutions to strengthen the Companys competitiveness in the EPC contracting sector.
