Role Summary

• The Chief Data Officer is responsible for leading the data strategy of DBG, ensuring that it promotes wholesale banking.

• The primary responsibility of the role is to drive the data strategy forward, establish and execute the Data Governance Framework and lead the Governance Committee

• The role holder will report to the Vice President of Economics & Research, focusing on leveraging Data as a strategic asset and enhancing DBG’s operational effectiveness and market competitiveness

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing data functions within the banking, financial services sector or other relevant sector
