Chief Compliance Officer

• Ensure compliance with all applicable banking laws, regulations, and regulatory issuances.
• Advise the Board of Directors, senior management, and business units on compliance and regulatory matters.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the Bank's operations.
• Lead compliance risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigating controls.
• Oversee regulatory examinations, compliance reviews, and internal investigations.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports and compliance certifications.
• Develop and conduct compliance awareness and training programs for employees.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Internal Audit, Legal, and business units to strengthen governance and internal controls.
• Prepare compliance reports for Senior Management, Board Committees, and the Board of Directors.
