Chief Compliance & Governance Lead (Banking)

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. in Islamabad seeks an experienced Unit Head to lead governance, risk and compliance across the organization. You will develop and implement policies, drive controls, and guide internal stakeholders to ensure robust regulatory adherence.

You will manage governance documentation, coordinate with the Secretariat for board material, and supervise assurance testing, RCSAs, and remediation actions while promoting best practices across units.
