Successful candidate will be expected to:

Strategic Planning Lead the development, management, and execution of the BMA's strategies, providing input into overall strategy, policy, and decision-making. Set and drive a comprehensive internal audit vision, goals, and objectives to support the BMA's strategy. Establish, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and guidelines for internal audit in consultation with other executives. Contribute to key decisions on BMA processes, projects, and policies, managing all relevant changes. Responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies. Ensure that Internal Audit strategic plans are aligned to the organisation's wide risk management plan. Ensure the organisation has a system to identify and mitigate strategic and operational risks.
