Operational Vision Define the operational vision and translate business goals into actionable operational plans. Assist CHH Principals in the design of scalable systems and processes for manufacturing, logistics, customer experience, after-sales quality/satisfaction. Project Management Own the overall operational project roadmap; structure, prioritize, and track all major initiatives. Set timelines, milestones, quality/risk assessments, vendor onboarding and other process rollouts, and technology implementations. Oversee the Operations Associate’s project management systems and execution of task-level workflows, ensuring alignment with project goals.
