Key Requirements:
Specialization in organic fertilizers and R&D
Proven experience in the development and manufacturing of organic fertilizers
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Areas of Expertise Required:
Chelation of micronutrients using organic agents
Chelation of calcium using organic compounds suitable for agricultural applications
Development and formulation of organic nitrogen sources into plant-available forms
Processing of phosphate rock using organic methods to enhance phosphorus availability for plants
