Chemical Technician II (Operations/Laboratory Technician)

OPERATIONS/LAB TECHNICIAN

The Operations/Laboratory Technician is responsible for monitoring plant operations and performing a variety of chemical analyses. The Operations/Laboratory Technician will collect and prepare samples, conduct chemical analyses, monitor and control plant equipment, perform light maintenance activities, and work with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the operating facility.

Minimum Job Expectations:
Participate in daily operations meetings to share information on safety, environmental compliance, quality, and KPIs.
Maintain operations and laboratory skills, training, and qualification standards related to assigned responsibilities.
Perform all activities in accordance with Laboratory Procedures, Quality manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform the necessary duties to maintain housekeeping in the facility.
