What We Are Looking For PURPOSE OF THE JOB : The Chemical Operator Learnership is a 3-year structured programme that combines theoretical learning with practical, on-the-job training, providing participants with hands-on experience in chemical plant operations.
Learners will gain exposure to production processes, plant safety standards, quality control systems, and operational procedures within a manufacturing environment. This opportunity is ideal for young individuals who are passionate about the manufacturing and chemical processing industry and are eager to develop technical skills in a structured learning environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in all structured learning activities and assessments
Assist with the operation and monitoring of chemical processing equipment
Maintain housekeeping standards within the plant
Complete workplace logbooks and assignments as required
Work effectively as part of a team
