**Pay:** $30.00/hour
**Schedule:** Training on Day Shift, then transition to **2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 4:00 AM)** on a rotating **2-2-3 schedule**
**Position Overview**
Our client is seeking an experienced **Chemical Operator – Shift Lead** to provide technical leadership and direction for a production team in a chemical manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating daily shift activities, supporting production goals, mentoring operators, and serving as the primary point of contact for the shift.
