Summary:The Operations Technician is responsible for all aspects pertaining to the Hydrogen Peroxide Purification Process. This includes ensuring the transfer of materials, chemical additions, and blends in a safe and timely manner. The role will also include some heavy lifting, climbing stairs and routine outdoor activities associated with the plant. Operations Technicians are given levels, I, II and III based on their development at the site. This job description is for Operations Technician Level I.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and follow all general safety and quality requirements
Understand the plant and its processes and demonstrate general operating abilities
Perform line ups, identify valves, and piping to successfully operate the tank farm
