We're looking for a reliable and energetic Chef to join our fast-paced Central Production Unit.
- Kitchen leadership - Direct Catering Assistants, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and maintain a productive workflow.
- Food production - Prepare, cook, and portion food according to menus, recipes, and production plans.
- Quality control - Ensure food is consistently prepared to required standards, visually appealing, and served safely.
- Training & guidance - Coach assistants on food prep, hygiene, equipment use, and service expectations.
- Hygiene & compliance - Enforce HACCP, cleaning schedules, and safe working practices.
- Stock control - Monitor stock levels, oversee rotation, and report shortages or wastage.
- Equipment oversight - Ensure correct use of ovens, mixers,...
