Working Hours: 6 days, 44 hours per week
Salary: $3,000 - $4,500 Job Description
. Preparing and cooking food according to menu items.
. Operate cooking equipment with proper safety precautions.
. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including ensuring ingredients, utensils, and dishes are properly stored.
. Control and manage kitchen inventory.
. Opportunity to design and test new menu items that complement the restaurant's impressive selection of fine wines, champagnes, whiskies, and sake. Requirements
. Experience preparing Local and Western cuisine.
. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
